Joseph Albree Gilmore (June 10, 1811–April 7, 1867) was an American railroad superintendent from Concord, New Hampshire. He was a member of the New Hampshire state senate, and was its predident in 1859. Born in 1811 in Weston, Vermont, he served two terms as Governor during the Civil War.
